  Please read these Terms carefully before using Roomzine. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who may use this service

You must be at least 18 years old to use Roomzine. By using the service, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Residents of the European Union / European Economic Area are not currently offered this service.

2. The service

Roomzine generates AI-powered interior design visualizations ("designs") based on photos you upload. These designs are produced by AI and are illustrative only. See our AI & Results Disclaimer for the full scope of limitations.

We offer a free tier (limited number of web renders) and paid plans that include PDF magazine output, additional renders, and no watermark. Free-tier output includes a Roomzine watermark.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of any photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant Roomzine a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process that photo solely to generate your requested design output.

You represent and warrant that:

You have the right to upload and use the photos you provide.
Your use of the service does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
You will not upload photos that include identifiable people's faces, minors, or any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' privacy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Upload copyrighted content you do not have the right to use.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service.
Use the service to generate content that is deceptive, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
Circumvent any usage limits, access controls, or payment requirements.

5. AI-generated output — disclaimer

All designs produced by Roomzine are AI-generated visualizations for inspiration and illustration purposes only. They are not architectural drawings, engineering specifications, structural assessments, or construction plans. Do not use them as a substitute for professional advice. See our full Disclaimer.

6. Payments and refunds

Paid plans are charged at the rates shown on the Pricing page. We offer a money-back guarantee as described in our Refund Policy.

All sales are final except as stated in the Refund Policy. Prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

7. Intellectual property

Roomzine and its original content, features, and design are owned by Individual Entrepreneur Aleksei Yarmots and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The AI-generated design output you receive is provided for your personal use; you may share or print it for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not represent AI-generated Roomzine output as your original professional design work for commercial resale.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS. AI OUTPUT MAY CONTAIN INACCURACIES.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROOMZINE AND ITS OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with commercially reasonable arbitration rules. If arbitration is not enforceable in your jurisdiction, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other legitimate reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
