  Service availability: Roomzine is currently offered to users in the United States and other countries outside the European Union. We do not knowingly provide this service to residents of the EU/EEA at this time.

1. Who we are

Roomzine is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Aleksei Yarmots (registered in the Russian Federation). For privacy inquiries, contact us at support@roomzine.com.

2. Information we collect

Photos you upload — the room photos you provide to generate design visualizations.
Email address — if you create an account or contact us.
Payment information — processed by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers.
Usage data — pages visited, features used, device type, browser, approximate country (via IP), timestamps.
Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 6.

We do not collect biometric data. Please do not upload photos that clearly show identifiable people's faces.

3. How we use your information

To generate AI interior design visualizations from your photos.
To process payments and manage your account.
To improve the service (aggregate analytics; not individual profiling).
To respond to support inquiries.
To comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your photos to train our own AI models. Your photos are submitted to third-party AI infrastructure providers to generate the design output; those providers operate under their own data practices.

4. Third-party processors and international data transfers

To provide the service, your photo and related data are transmitted to authorized third-party AI infrastructure providers and analytics services. These providers may be located in countries other than your own, including countries that may have different data-protection standards than your country of residence.

By using Roomzine, you acknowledge that your data may be processed internationally. We select providers that maintain appropriate security measures; however, we cannot guarantee the same level of protection as your home jurisdiction in all cases.

5. Do Not Sell or Share my personal information (CCPA/CPRA)

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.

California residents have the right to opt out of any future sale or sharing. To exercise this right, email us at support@roomzine.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell."

6. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Know what personal information we hold about you.
Delete your personal information (subject to certain exceptions).
Correct inaccurate personal information.
Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
Non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@roomzine.com. We will respond within 45 days.

7. Data retention

Photos you upload are used to process your design request and are not retained on our servers beyond what is required for that processing. Account and payment records are retained as required by applicable law and our payment providers' requirements. Usage logs are retained for up to 12 months.

8. Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and collect aggregate analytics. You can opt out of analytics cookies at any time via our cookie banner or by emailing us.

We do not require cookie consent to use the core features of the site. Analytics are loaded only after you interact with the site.

9. Children

Roomzine is not directed at persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child under 18 has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We use industry-standard security measures (HTTPS, access controls, encrypted storage) to protect your data. No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
