Refund Policy
1. Money-back guarantee
If you purchased a paid Roomzine plan and are not happy with the results, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date, no questions asked.
To request a refund, email us at support@roomzine.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your purchase. We will process your refund within 5 business days.
2. What is eligible for a refund
- Paid plan purchases (monthly or annual subscriptions) requested within 7 days of the original purchase.
- One-time credit purchases requested within 7 days if fewer than half the credits have been used.
3. What is not eligible for a refund
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase.
- Credit purchases where more than half the credits have been used.
- Free-tier usage (no payment was made).
- Accounts suspended for violation of our Terms of Service.
4. Digital goods
Roomzine delivers digital content (AI-generated visualizations and PDF magazines). By initiating a design generation, you acknowledge that the digital service is immediately executed upon your request. The money-back guarantee in Section 1 applies regardless; this clause simply clarifies the nature of the deliverable.
5. How refunds are processed
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. For Telegram Stars purchases, refunds are subject to Telegram's refund capabilities for Stars transactions.
